Mpatir Ayiif (to exchange ideas) is an informal but educational open phone-in, e-mail and text-in discussion show where you (the listener) participate by asking and answering questions set by other listeners. Find out the answers to questions you always wanted to know. For example have you always wanted to know what our ancestors used to use in order to build their homes before the advent of cement? What do the colours of the Senegalese flag represent? What does the flag of Siin symbolises? What is the meaning and etymology of the words: Seereer, Saafi, Ndut, Sili, Noon or Laalaa or Ñoominka? Etc.
On this show, anything goes. You set the questions and answer them. No question is stupid. If it is important to you it is important to us. This hourly show broadcast every Monday from 20:00 pm GMT / +1 BST. This show is in Seereer and it's the precursor to Monday night's Open Mike Show presented by Mamadou Fall. On this particular show, Mamadou Fall and Doudou Diouf discusses various topics including the health implications of the Senegalese beverage commonly known as Café Touba, the new and youngest president of France, sexual harassment, sexual abuse, and marriage problems.
